Hi. My name is
Raymond wood,

UEFA Coach, UEFA Player Agent, UEFA Ambassador, and Founder of Pro Player Pathway. Through my years working with big European clubs like Liverpool, Leicester City and PSG, and working with the English Premier League on the EPPP project which produced players like Jude Bellingham and Phil Phoden, I’ve learnt a huge amount about youth development in football.

But when I moved away from Europe and started coaching in the US and Australia, it became screamingly obvious to me that the soccer system in countries outside Europe often have a serious problem with quality coaching and pathways.

So Pro Player Pathway was born. Using my knowledge and connections in the World Game to create genuine pathways to the European Leagues for talented kids around the world. Because there is talent everywhere. But Europe is where football stars are made.
